British Formula 1 champion Sir Lewis Hamilton has joined forces with Vodafone, becoming an ambassador for the telecoms company as it rolls out its 5G network in 27 cities across Europe, including London, Birmingham and Manchester.

Vodafone is the first brand to offer unlimited data on both 5G and 4G with the launch of Vodafone Unlimited, and CEO Nick Jeffery commented '5G will transform the way we live and work. Our customers are streaming over 50% more content today than they did last year, and with 5G the demand for data is only set to increase'.
